SickFit Win's Impact Ventures HerGenius Pitch Competition

Breaking Barriers. Building Legacy. Walking in Purpose.

There’s winning—and then there’s walking into a room and owning it with your whole story. Last night, our founder Paden Sickles took the stage at the HerGenius Pitch Competition hosted by Impact Ventures—and walked out with the grand prize.

The event, held at the historic Alexander Mansion in Dallas, was more than a pitch competition. It was a room full of women rewriting the rules, judges ready to be challenged, and a platform built for people with something real to say. And when it was Paden’s turn, she didn’t pitch socks—she pitched a revolution.

“When SickFit wins, everyone wins. Taking home the grand prize at the HerGenius Pitch Competition means we get to hire, grow, and keep breaking barriers as a woman- and veteran-owned sock company. Impact Ventures didn’t just invest in a pitch—they invested in people, in purpose, and in what’s possible when you bet on our team.” – Paden Sickles

This win isn’t just about funding—it’s about fuel. It means putting more people to work. It means showing up in more rooms we were never “meant” to be in. It means socks that aren’t just worn—but felt.

At SickFit, we don’t just make socks. We make statements.
Compression that performs. Quality that lasts. And a brand that moves with you.

From athletes chasing medals to veterans rewriting their stories, from kids discovering their power to everyday people who just need a win—we’re here to remind the world that greatness starts from the ground up.

So to the other women on that stage—we see you. And to Impact Ventures—thank you for betting on what’s possible when you believe in more than a business.

This wasn’t just a pitch. This was a promise.
