How long does it take to process my order?

Once our team processes your order (3-5 business days), the transit time for USPS or other carriers will begin. For Priority/Express shipping, orders are processed in approximately 2-3 business days. Standard shipping orders are processed in 3-5 business days. During holidays, processing times may take 7-10 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order after it’s processed?

Once your order has been processed by our team, the delivery time will depend on the shipping service you selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Priority/Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that these times are in addition to our processing days. We do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

What is SickFit’s return policy?

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased directly from SickFit. To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original hang tags attached, or in the original packaging for items such as underwear. All garments are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.

How do I return an item?

Pack your items securely and attach the provided shipping label. Once your package is received in our facility, it can take up to 7 business days for our returns department to process your return.
