Veteran Rally Point
A Home. A Future. A Second Chance.

- Long-Term Goals

Overview
The Veteran Rally Point Initiative is SickFit’s long-term commitment to supporting unhoused veterans by providing safe, dignified, and sustainable housing—because no veteran should return home without a place to call home.
Rooted in SickFit’s core values of resilience, service, and community, this initiative is more than a housing project—it's a movement. In partnership with local leaders, city officials, and national stakeholders like Poros Global, we're creating a permanent solution to a growing problem.
The term Rally Point is personal
Why "Rally Point"?
The Veteran Rally Point Initiative is personal. In the Army, a rally point is where troops regroup, refocus, and prepare to move forward.
SickFit’s Rally Point does the same—a place for veterans to regroup from hardship, recover with dignity, and rebuild their lives.
Because for Paden, service didn’t stop when she hung up the uniform—
It evolved.
And now, we carry that mission forward—together.

Mission
To establish community-based transitional housing for homeless veterans that promotes stability, dignity, and a path forward through secure housing, wrap around services, and community support.
A Mission With Military Roots
Our founder, Paden Sickles, built SickFit from her own journey—11 years of active-duty service as an Army Engineer Officer. She’s led in combat boots and boardrooms. Her mission has always been to serve, and the Rally Point is an extension of that calling.
“This isn’t charity. This is responsibility,” she says.
“Service didn’t end when the uniform came off. It just took on a new form."
This is only the beginning. With support from partners like Poros Global, and through collaboration with cities and sponsors across the country, we will:
Launch our first Rally Point village in Dallas, Texas.
Expand to 5+ cities within 3 years
Provide direct employment to veterans during build and management phases
Scale with mobile outreach units and pop-up wellness hubs
Launch a national SickFit Veterans Resource App in conjunction with housing efforts
