Refund eligibility

  • We only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased directly from SickFit. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags or packaging. All items are subject to inspection.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or email confirmation) and the credit card used at purchase are required for refunds. Gift receipt returns can be exchanged or refunded as store credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Custom items are non-refundable. If your merchandise is damaged, contact us to resolve the issue.
  • Cash refunds are not available for online orders or returns without proof of purchase. PayPal orders are eligible for gift cards or exchanges only.
  • A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and a printable shipping label will be provided. Once received, returns take up to 7 business days to process, with refunds to your original form of payment. Allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
All returned items will be inspected.

Requirements for a refund

  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or email order confirmation).
  • The credit card used for the purchase (for credit card transactions).

Non-refundable items

  • Custom pieces are non-refundable.
  • Damaged items will be handled by a representative to resolve the issue.
  • Discounted items purchased during Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sales.

SickFit Subscription Policy

All SickFit subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges and agree to the following terms based on the plan you select.

  • Paid-in-Full Plans: If you pay for your subscription in full upfront (for example, an annual or multi-month prepaid plan), the entire amount is non-refundable. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time if you cancel before the term ends. You will retain access for the full period you paid for.
  • Month-to-Month Plans: Month-to-month subscriptions carry a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive billing cycles. You may not cancel before completing these three cycles, and all charges during the minimum term are non-refundable. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling does not refund the current month, and you will retain access through the end of that cycle.

Apparel Sales

  • All apparel sales are final. Due to high demand and discounted pricing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any apparel items. Please review your size, color, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@sickfitofficial.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Online orders

  • No cash refunds for online orders.
  • Returns without a valid proof of purchase will not be refunded.
  • Online orders paid with PayPal can only be returned for a gift card or exchange.
